It is one of the easiest and shortest treks in Annapurna Region known as Australian Base Camp Trekking. This

This trekking in Nepal is an easy route that goes gentle climb up to the destination, with enjoying the rewarding view of Annapurna, Macchapuchre (Fishtail) and so on other many peaks with evening breeze & amazing view of the sunrise in next day while trekking.
Trek to Australian Base Camp is a great exploration in the beautiful mountains of the Annapurna region. The trekking offers gorgeous views over the valleys and stunning views of the Annapurna Mountain range. The trek takes you through dense forests, along the hillsides and rice fields, up to the mountains and through mountain villages. A gentle climb from Kande through the villages and forests will take you to Australian Camp from where you will have great mountain views of the Annapurna Range. Besides that, you can also visit the nearest place Sarankot.
Mr. Robin Bhandari has over 34 Years of experience in the travel trade. He started his job with then TWA (Trans World Airlines) and Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. He has a good personal relationship with Airlines and because of that, he was able to get competitive rates from some of the carriers like Cathay Pacific Airways, Singapore Airlines, from the year 1992 to Kathmandu, Nepal.
Day 4: Trek to Dhampus (1650 meter ) – Phedi (1130 meter ). Drive to Pokhara.
Day 5: Drive, Pokhara – Kathmandu.
Day 6: Departure.
Day 1: Arrival
Our representative will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and then transfer you to your hotel. You will be briefed about each day program. Permits & TIMS will be handover to you either the same day of arrival or the next day.
Day 2: Drive, Kathmandu – Pokhara
Drive to Pokhara that takes 6-7 hours drive. The trekkers can do small shopping for the trek and walk around the lakeside and overnight stay in Pokhara.
Alternate, you can fly to Pokhara and the flight time is about approx 25 Minutes (with additional cost)
Day 3: Drive to Kande (1770m). Trek to Australian Camp (2226m)
In the morning, drive to Kande for about an hour and then start climbing to Australian Camp. Australian Camp is one of the shortest and easiest treks in the Annapurna Region. It is a gentle climb up to reach the Camp from where we can see Annapurna Himalaya Range.
Day 4: Trek to Dhampus (1650m) – Phedi (1130m). Drive to Pokhara
On this day we trek to Dhampus, a nice village that offers picturesque views of mountains such as Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Himchuli, and Lamjung Himal. From Dhampus we descend to Phedi. And then drive back to Pokhara.
Day 5: Drive, Pokhara – Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu on this day. Evening free time.
Day 6: Departure
Today is the last day of our memorable trip. You are free until your airport reporting time and we take you to the airport for outbound flight back to your destination.
